Court is held the FIRST Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. and the THIRD Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Scott Town Hall. 2021 Court Hearing dates are below.

Ticket Information:

If you receive a traffic ticket in the Town of Scott, please follow these instructions to plea-by-mail:

Plead either guilty or not guilty on the ticket and mail the ticket to: Scott Town Court, 6689 State Route 41, Homer, NY 13077. The Court will contact you with further instructions after receiving your plea.

Fine Payment:

If you have a fine that you wish to pay, please mail a money order or bank check along with your name and current address to: Scott Town Court, 6689 State Route 41, Homer, NY 13077.
